Salary: SCP 50-53, currently £62,637 - £66,243 gross per annum (pro-rata)
Full time (37 hours per week), Permanent

We have recently undertaken a strategic review of our ICT Services and are seeking a technical expert to be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of ICT support. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help shape our future ICT services.

- ITIL Foundation Certificate or higher.
- 5 years experience in the last 7 working in an IT Service Delivery role.
- Experience working with Windows Server environments to include Active directory, Group policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
- Experience of managing a team including planning, prioritising and managing resources within a collaborative team-based environment.
