A nursing assistant (ASSC) at 70 to 90% for their unit of 37 residents. Our operator has two establishments, one with a reception mission and the other with a mission for the elderly, as well as a Temporary Reception Center for its site in Penthalaz with a reception mission. Your mission: You contribute, through your skills, to the optimal quality of interventions with residents. As an ASSC, you ensure the tasks assigned to you while respecting the support objectives for each resident. Moreover, you participate in and follow up on the support project. You work in pairs with nurses and in interdisciplinary collaboration with the various teams in a profile vision. You hold a CFC in ASSC or an equivalent qualification and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. Besides a clear interest in the elderly, you enjoy teamwork and promote interdisciplinary work. You have good listening skills and a critical spirit. You demonstrate autonomy and good time management and prioritization skills. You are comfortable with usual tools and have knowledge of the software.
