Your tasks include advising and supporting job seekers on all questions related to unemployment benefits, legal provisions, calculating benefits, issuing decisions, and processing payments in collaboration with other institutions and authorities. Your profile includes a commercial professional certificate or a higher equivalent qualification (commercial or university level). You should have logical reasoning skills, ease in teamwork, stress resistance, and flexibility. Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of human connections are essential. You should be able to work autonomously, and knowledge and/or experience in the field of social insurance would be a strong asset.
