Lawyer at 80% Department: Chancellery Activities: - Establish legal opinions for the municipal council and services, otherwise transfer the file and coordinate with the municipality. - Support services in terms of legal advice, particularly during building permit objections, complaints from the Regional Social Counter (GSR), ensure that procedures at the level of public procurement are legally complied with and formulate strategies to apply the most efficient procedures in public procurement based on the subjects. - Participate in the reflection and implementation of various projects of the chancellery and communal authorities. - Anticipate and monitor ongoing changes that may impact the City. Requirements: - Master's degree in federal law with a specialization in public procurement or be willing to undergo further training. - At least 5 years of experience in the legal field, preferably within a judicial entity. - Proficiency in standard tools. - Autonomous, flexible, and possess discretion and complementarity. Additional: A recent extract from the criminal record will be requested from the selected candidate.
