What's in it for you?

Annual profit share. As the nursery succeeds, so do you

Free childcare for one child attending the setting

Opportunity to shape and lead a brand-new team

Direct input into how the nursery is run and developed

Generous annual leave and clear opportunities for professional growth

Someone with a strong grip on Ofsted requirements and a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and how to IMPLEMENT

Confident in leading a team and managing a setting independently

Passionate about early years and excited about being part of a growing business

This is a great opportunity to be recognised and rewarded for your hard work and be part of a business that wants to grow with you. If you're ready for something more than just a job. I'd love to hear from you.
