3rd Shift Team Leader - Manufacturing Excellence

Rittal-CSM Ltd in Plymouth, Devon, is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for the 3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday, 23:00-07:00). This permanent, full-time role pays £19.48 per hour plus a 33% shift premium, and covers 37.92 hours weekly.

You will lead the production team, maintain safety and quality standards, coordinate handovers, and support continuous improvement. Essential qualifications include supervisory management level 2 and people management experience; SAP experience is desirable.
