3D ARCHICAD Building Designer

You will be integrated into a dynamic team and contribute to the production of the technical documents necessary for the execution plans and technical specifications in ARCHICAD 3D. DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION: Execution plans and documentation for permits, tenders, and follow-up with architects, engineers, and companies to ensure the technical coherence of the plans. Adjustment of documents based on feedback from the site and the requirements of the project management. Required qualifications: technical education in construction, in architecture (CFC or equivalent). Confirmed experience in execution plans and technical specifications, mastering ArchiCAD 3D, attention to detail, and autonomy. Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
