360 Excavator Operator

Finishing Works (13T) Location: Bridgwater, Somerset Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join a busy construction site in Bridgwater.

The role will involve finishing works operating a 13-ton excavator, working closely with the groundworks team to complete detailed excavation and grading tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a 13T 360 excavator for finishing works on site
• Carry out precise grading, trimming, and shaping work
• Assist with drainage, footings, and other groundwork tasks
• Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all site health and safety procedures
• Work closely with site supervisors and groundworkers to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator Operator ticket
• Proven experience operating a 13T excavator for finishing works
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to levels
• Good understanding of site safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
