Job Description: Paediatric Complex Care Nurse

Location: SL3, Slough
Hours: 6 hours

Days: Mon - Wed 9.15am - 3.15pm

Staffing: 1 Nurse

We are looking for an experienced Paediatric Complex Care Nurse to support a young boy in SL3 with complex medical needs, providing safe, high-quality care in his home.

• Manage dysphagia, follow SALT guidelines, and ensure safe oral care.
• Provide gastrostomy tube feeding, enteral nutrition, and pump management.
• Monitor and mangae BiPAP and oxygen therpay.
• Perform oral suctioning and ensure airway safety.
• Support bowel management as per care plan.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in condition.
• Work closely with the family and clinical team.

• RNC / RGN with paediatric experience.
• Competent in enteral feeding, BiPAP, suctioning, oxygen, and gastrostomy care.
• Enhanced DBS and right to work in UK.

• Regular day and night shifts.
