2Nd Chef

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to create exceptional food experiences for Healthcare on a part time basis contracted to 15 hours per week. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food that brightens our clients' and customers' days with a market leading food service company in the UK. Shift Schedule

Shift pattern (15 hrs/week): Mon: Tues: Weds: Thurs: Fri: Sat: Weekends only Sun: Weekends only

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high quality food that delights clients and customers
• Oversee and implement menu changes
• Identify opportunities to improve food services
• Listen to and act on customer feedback to improve services
• Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
• Represent Healthcare and maintain a positive brand image
• Monitor inventories to keep kitchens well stocked
• Oversee kitchen cleaning and hygiene standards
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

Qualifications

• Passion for great tasting food and exceptional customer service
• Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
• Experience supervising a team
• Experience in a similar Chef role
• Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
• Flexible approach to working
