MCS Group is delighted to be working with a well-established, growing building services company based in Co. Antrim who have recently secured a flagship project in Belfast. With a strong pipeline of upcoming local work, they are seeking a talented Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team.

• Salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.

As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of mechanical building services projects from tender through to handover. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, leading project teams, and ensuring contracts are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Overseeing the delivery of mechanical packages on commercial and residential projects.
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Supporting the senior leadership team in driving growth and operational excellence.

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within mechanical building services.
• Ideally someone who has comeup through the tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and associated systems.
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and programmes.
