24/7 Rapid Response Customer Advisor - Motor Claims

FMG is recruiting for a Rapid Response Customer Service Representative in Huddersfield to provide 24/7 telephone support for urgent incidents. You will be the first point of contact to mobilise the nearest recovery operator and manage the incident to a successful close.

The role requires experience in motor claims or vehicle recovery, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed under pressure while delivering excellent customer service.
