JOB TITLE: Senior Research Nurse - Rheumatology Band 6 LOCATION: WGH CONTRACT DURATION: 2-year Fixed Term Contract/ secondment opportunity HOURS: 37 (Will reduce in April 2026 in line with Reduced Work Week) SALARY SCALE: £41,608 - £50,702 pro-rataAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to join the busy Rheumatology research team based at the Western General Hospital, Edinburgh.
The team is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic research nurse. The post holder will help support a number of exciting clinical research projects enhancing the clinical care of patients with Rheumatic conditions. The post will involve identifying, screening and recruitment activities as well as assisting with the care of the research participant while they are taking part in the research.
