National Account Manager - Consumer Products Division (Grocery)
Are you a commercially savvy high-flyer with a passion for driving brand growth? We are looking for an ambitious National Account Manager to take the reins of our key retailer partnerships. At L'Oréal, you won't just manage accounts; you will be the strategic architect of our retail presence, balancing commercial rigour with creative collaboration. A DAY IN THE LIFE- Be buildingcredible and collaborative working relationships with your customer / cross functionalcontacts
- Develop retailer centricstrategies foryour customer;identify joint objectives and build business plans formutualgrowth
- Influence future retailer initiatives and collaborations; ensuring the brandmaximizesall availableopportunities in store and online
- Manage all lines of the P&L from, sell in down togross margin, retail sell out and your share position in themarket and SIT levels toensure delivery of key KPIs both internally & externally
- Work with your brand teams to identify additional retail opportunities for the brand
- Be responsible for driving retail sell-out, growing market share & managing your P&L down to GM for your category both in-store & online
- Take ownership of managing the strategy for your brand in your account whilst also working towards taking on a wider total account responsibility, to be seen as a leader within the wider team and developing the skills of more junior members of the team.
- Build strong relationships with keystakeholders andcreate persuasive commercial proposals both internally and externally todrive your business forward .
You Have:

- Strong negotiation skills, to look for a win-win opportunity with our retail partners
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong Communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail for creating sound commercial arguments
- Strong influencing skills - you will be required to demonstrate thought leadership as well as drive toexecution
- Experiencein a fast-pacedsales / retailenvironment
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
