How you will make an impact In this role, you will help drive smarter decisions and better client outcomes by analysing data, streamlining data & reporting processes, and supporting global projects Act as a bridge between business and data reporting team, ensuring reporting solutions meet real needs while bringing fresh ideas and perspectives. Support the collection, analysis and interpretation of business data identify trends, opportunities and risks. Assist in preparing reports, dashboards and presentations for regional and global stakeholders. Improve efficiency, strengthen global collaboration, and play a key role in our operational efficiency journey. Ensure data quality across our reporting suite and ensure timely delivery of business performance reports. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's or master's degree to be received no later than June 2026. Previous work or volunteering experience in any industry or sector Evidence of extra-curricular activities Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power Bi. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment. Self-starter, eager to learn with strong attention to detail.
