About the Programme

TheChubb Apprenticeship Programmeis a 24 month opportunity designed to give you hands on experience across our Underwriting Operationsfunction. This rotational structure provides a comprehensive understanding of the insurance cycle while equipping you with practical skills and industry knowledge. As an Apprentice, you'll gain valuable insights and expertise that can pave the way for future roles inoperations,underwriting,claims management, andrisk analysis.

The programme combines20% structured learningwith80% on the job training, focusing on Chubb's technical expertise, digital tools, and personal development. With exposure to underwriting operations across different insurance lines, you'll build a strong foundation for a career in these areas and beyond. Whether you aspire to excel inoperations, or other exciting fields, this programme is your perfect starting point.

Underwriting Operations
Support underwriting teams to deliver exceptional client service. You'll take ownership of key operational tasks, including:

  • Recording insurance risks
  • Managing bookings
  • Preparing policy documents

You'll also identify and implement process improvements to optimise efficiency and enhance workflows. Working at the heart of our business, you'll collaborate with diverse teams and build a strong foundation in insurance operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum A-levels (grade C or above) or equivalent (e.g., Scottish Standard Grade, Junior Certificate in Ireland), including GCSE Mathematics and English
