Job Description

I am the BUSINESS GROWTH PARTNER, responsible for supporting the head of activation in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for the brand in partnership with the brand and commercial teams. I collaborate closely with the RGM, commercial, and finance teams to influence and monitor sell-out performance and P&L GTN.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  1. Report and share sell-out performance data with GM & Brand Marketing team by retailer.
  2. Compile regular total brand performance reports, highlighting key drivers and drainers by retailer and channel.
  3. Manage the total brand activity calendar, ensuring accuracy and anticipating peaks and troughs.
  4. Develop and execute market share winning plans, focusing on Q4.
  5. Participate in Brand GAP meetings and propose solutions to address gaps when they appear.
  6. Review brand swings in commercial forecasts, identify opportunities and risks, and generate solutions.
  7. Monitor total brand coffret sell-in and sell-out.
  8. Collaborate on brand distribution strategies with the Head of Activation, commercial team, and MD.

INFLUENCE OF P&L GTN

  1. Lead the brand's commercial strategy in trend and BFG meetings.
  2. Partner with Commercial Controlling to review investments by brand and customer during trend analysis.
  3. Integrate RGM learnings into strategy and actively review their application.
  4. Achieve brand value targets by optimizing OCA / Mino investments by axe, customer, and mechanic.
  5. Establish promotional golden rules in collaboration with finance, RGM, and BCM.
  6. Own the SLOB clearance plan.
