We are seeking two exceptional Junior Butlers to join a highly professional front of house team within a prestigious private residence.

The successful candidates will be personable, discreet, highly service oriented, and capable of delivering impeccable standards of hospitality while working as part of a collaborative and dedicated team.

• Salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum (DOE)
• 21 days annual leave plus public holidays (approximately 30 days per year)
• Time off in lieu provided for additional days worked during exceptionally busy periods

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front of house service to the Principal, family members, and guests
• Assist with formal and informal food and beverage service
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation throughout guest facing areas
• Support household operations and events as directed by senior household staff
• Anticipate guest and Principal requirements and respond proactively
• Ensure discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
• Work collaboratively with the wider household team to provide seamless service
• Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and day to day hospitality requirements

Candidate Requirements - Essential

• Right to work in the UK
• Well presented with excellent personal grooming standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and duties
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Comfortable living and working outside of London
• Willingness and ability to relocate independently if required
• 1-5 years' experience within a private household, UHNW residence, luxury hotel, private members' club, yacht, or similar high end hospitality environment
• Background in luxury hospitality or fast paced fine dining establishments
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (particularly advantageous for live in candidates)
• European passport holder

Location: Surrey (Live in or Live out Available)

Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Working Schedule

• Five working days per week
• Two days off per week
• Live in or live out arrangements available
• During periods when the Principal is not in residence, the schedule is generally lighter
• During occupancy periods, flexibility is required, with shifts typically ranging from 10-12 hours as operational needs dictate
