Job Overview

2 4 days a week Nanny position in Bicester, Oxfordshire (ID: 878690). The family has two children aged 1 and 3 years and seeks a dedicated sole charge nanny who can engage them with games, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and stories.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and carry out day to day routines for two children aged 1 and 3.
• Plan and lead appropriate play, arts & crafts, and outdoor sessions.
• Prepare and serve healthy, varied meals and snacks.
• Perform nursery duties such as diaper changes, bathing, and bedtime routines.
• Maintain a safe and tidy environment for the children.

Schedule & Pay

• Flexible days: 2 days a week (Mondays & Fridays) or 3-4 days a week as mutually agreed.
• Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
• Salary: £18-£20 gross per hour.
• Permanent position starting 5th October.
• Driver's licence required (and availability to drive the children).

Qualifications

• Childcare qualifications essential.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with children of similar age.
• Up to date enhanced DBS certificate, 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
• Two professional referees, one of whom must be the current or last employer and both immediately contactable.
• Professional nanny insurance preferred.
