• Good IT and problem solving skills in areas such as Anti Virus, Disk Space, Memory / CPU, Office 365 Management, VPN and connectivity troubleshooting
• Strong written and oral skills
• Confidence on the phone when dealing with clients
• A passion for IT and willingness to learn
• Experience in outsourced IT support
• Full UK driving licence
• 2+ years supporting SMB networks

• Experience in an IT Managed Service Provider
• Experience tracking time

• Support for PCs and servers (Windows 10/11, Server )
• Installing PCs and upgrading software
• Supporting customer applications
• Setting up email accounts and hosting (Linux & Windows)
• Supporting Macs remotely and on site

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
