Location: Birmingham
Rate: £18 -£ 20 per hour inside of IR35
Contract: 6 months

Our client a Leading Global Consulting Firm is currently seeking a 1st Line Operative to join our team in Birmingham on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line operational support to ensure smooth daily processes

Monitor and manage incoming requests, escalating issues where necessary

Accurately record information and maintain documentation

Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
