Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will help create a brilliant customer experience by preparing food, serving on the till, and attending to customers' needs in the dining area. You will consistently deliver high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, following training, company guidelines, and management direction. You will also observe workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures, treating customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect as a supportive team member.

Required Behaviour and Skills

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour should come naturally to you. You will work well as part of a team, and effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face to face verbal communication and eye contact are required. Maintaining high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is essential.

Pay Rates

Under 18 years old £9.62

Over 18 years old £12.76

Shift Hours - Boucher Road Store

Mon Sun - Open 24 hours.

Under 18s must be available to at least 11.30 pm.

Over 18s must be available until at least 2 am on weekdays.

Overnight shifts will be scheduled between 7 pm-7 am. The maximum shift length is 8 9 hours.

Any hours worked between 12 am-6 am will be paid an additional £1 per hour on top of your regular rate.
