Job Description
IKEA Croydon is hiring a Fixed Term People & Culture Business Partner to drive coworker growth, onboarding and engagement at the store. You will champion talent development, performance coaching and fair coworker relations to foster a high performing culture on the shop floor.
This is a 12-month, on-site role based in Croydon. We're seeking candidates with relevant P&C experience, a degree or CIPD qualification preferred, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
