Job Description

Organon LLC is offering a 12-month student placement at our manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland, starting August 2027. You will split time between Packaging Operations and Technical Operations, gaining hands-on experience in validation strategies, material transfer, and process troubleshooting.

You will work with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, and Quality, contributing to product compliance and continuous improvement while developing professional skills
