12-Hour Day/Night Support Worker - Person-Centred Care

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to assist a woman living in Durham with spinal cord injury. The role involves day and night shifts on a 2:1 schedule, supporting personal care, stretching, physiotherapy, transfers, and driving to appointments.
