1:1 Youth Support Practitioner - SEN/SEMH (Community-Based)

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings beyond traditional classrooms.

You will build relationships, deliver tailored interventions, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns while coordinating with families and regional teams. A female practitioner is requested; you must have a UK driving licence and be available for at least three days per week.
