1:1 Teaching Mentor with Military Discipline

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Instructor to mentor a young person 1:1 in the classroom and outdoors, based in Blackpool, Lancashire. The role is full-time, temporary to permanent, with start date in September 2026 and a salary of £24,500-£25,500 FTE, depending on experience.

You will work with a lead instructor to maintain engagement, safety, and progress, while using your life and military experience to provide structure, accountability, and real-world life skills in a supportive setting.
