1:1 Teaching Assistant - Positive Learning & Support

Smile Education are recruiting for a full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant at a mainstream primary school in Burton. The role focuses on providing dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil during the Summer Term, with supervision and guidance throughout the school day.

The successful candidate will have experience with 1:1 support, strong behaviour management, and the ability to work calmly and proactively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support the child's development.
