1:1 Support Worker - Community & Independence (Days)

Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Ltd in Cheltenham is seeking a Female Support Worker for days to support a young woman with an ABI in the community and at home. The role is 45 hours per week with a 7am-10pm shift pattern and pays £13.00 per hour, with a focus on independence, wellbeing, and personal goals.

You'll work 1:1, building trust, promoting safety, and following care plans while engaging in sociable activities.
