1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Inspire Learning in Secondary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs in a school setting. The role focuses on personalised support to help students access the curriculum and thrive academically and socially.

You will work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and parents to monitor progress, implement learning plans, and encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons. The position is suited for experienced SEN TA with secondary background.
