1:1 SEN Support Staff Stratford upon Avon

A specialist SEN school in Stratford is looking for a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support KS3 learners with additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a nurturing and structured environment and is ready to start in June 2026.

• Deliver tailored 1:1 support for a KS3 student with complex needs
• Adapt classroom materials and activities to suit individual learning styles
• Support behaviour management strategies and emotional wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and therapists
• Track and report on student progress
• Encourage independence and confidence in learning

• Experience supporting SEN learners, particularly in a school setting
• Understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning approaches
• Calm, resilient, and adaptable personality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Training in areas such as Team Teach or safeguarding is advantageous
• Enhanced DBS check required
