1:1 SEMH Teaching Assistant

GSL Education are seeking a resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS4 pupil with SEMH needs in Holme on Spalding Moor.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for a KS4 pupil with SEMH needs
• Support behaviour regulation and classroom engagement
• Encourage attendance, confidence and resilience
• Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff
• Help pupils remain focused on learning targets

Requirements

• Experience supporting SEMH / behaviour needs
• Strong resilience and calm approach
• Experience in secondary education preferred
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
