1:1 SEMH Support Assistant (Year 3) - Gateshead

Protocol Education is recruiting for a dedicated 1:1 Support Assistant to work with a Year 3 pupil in a SEMH school.

Your day-to-day:

• Building a strong, trusting relationship with your pupil
• Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
• Adapting learning tasks to suit individual needs
• Encouraging independence and self-confidence
• Acting as a positive role model throughout the school day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
