A top US law firm with a growing presence in London is seeking a skilled Investment Funds Attorney to join their dynamic team. The firm is known for its expertise in fund formation and regulatory matters, offering a diverse range of fund-related services to clients across private equity, hedge funds, credit funds, real estate, and other alternative investments. The Role

As an Investment Funds Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on the structuring, formation, and regulation of private funds. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on the structuring and formation of private investment funds
• Providing regulatory guidance on fund management and compliance matters
• Drafting and reviewing fund documentation, including partnership agreements, offering memoranda, and subscription documents
• Collaborating with cross-practice teams on complex fund-related transactions
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships by offering tailored, practical legal solutions

Your Profile

• Qualified solicitor (E&W) with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in investment funds
• Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth knowledge of fund structures, regulatory frameworks, and financial laws relevant to private funds
• Strong academic background and excellent written communication skills
