We're excited to be partnering with an award-winning, fully integrated marketing agency in Leeds who are looking for an experienced Strategy Director.

This is a senior leadership role at the heart of the agency, where you'll set the strategic vision and guide some of the most exciting projects for globally recognised brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic response to briefs across the agency, ensuring exceptional thinking and innovative solutions.
• Oversee client deliverables, setting a high standard of strategic rigour across the team.
• Play a central role in new business, shaping responses that inspire both clients and internal teams.
• Build the profile of the strategy function through thought leadership, external speaking, and product development.
• Keep the agency at the cutting edge by sharing insights on culture, media, behavioural science, and buyer behaviour.

About You

• Senior strategy experience, within an agency, consultancy, or client-side setting, working with big brand names.
• A natural leader with proven ability to inspire teams and clients.
• Commercially savvy with experience in managing revenue and growth.
• Strong communicator - confident presenting at the most senior levels.
• Analytical and creative in equal measure, able to turn complex insights into powerful ideas.
