OverviewZISHI is looking for a hands-on Senior Content & Digital Marketing Executive to deliver our content and digital marketing activity and act as an advocate for the ZISHI brand across digital channels. You will support the planning, creation and delivery of content, manage day-to-day social media activity (with a strong focus on LinkedIn) and paid campaigns, and help generate ICP-qualified leads by ensuring our website content attracts and converts our ideal clients. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work closely with the marketing and wider team to develop and deliver campaigns that build and protect the ZISHI brand and generate a growing flow of inbound leads from our ICP segments.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and maintenance of an integrated content calendar across existing channels - LinkedIn, YouTube, email and website.
- Help translate business priorities into content plans and deliverables that support brand building, lead generation and client engagement.
- Work with the marketing team and pillar heads to curate input and ideas, ensuring agreed themes and propositions are reflected in content.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital content, following ZISHI's brand and tone of voice guidelines.
Content Creation & Curation
- Written: Contribute to topic and campaign ideas plus write or edit articles, thought leadership pieces, case studies, whitepapers and social copy in conjunction with internal and external SMEs, optimising all outputs for SEO and AI citations (AEO).
- Audio-Visual: Coordinate webinar and podcast studio recording sessions, including speaker liaison, promotion, logistics and post-production content for digital channels.
- Repurpose long-form content into assets for social, email and other channels.
- Work with the Multimedia Designer to translate content plans into graphic assets with clear objectives, audiences, key messages and formats.
- Ensure all content is accurate, well-structured and consistent with ZISHI's tone of voice.
- Social Media & Paid Campaigns
- Manage ZISHI and affiliated pages across platforms - profiles, groups, newsletters and products - as a flagship brand channel, including planning, drafting and scheduling posts.
- Oversee content and optimisation of ZISHI's YouTube channel, working with the Multimedia Designer to ensure video content is on-brand, consistent and discoverable.
- Execution of LinkedIn paid ad campaigns, including creative setup, audience building, performance monitoring and optimisation, with support from the Marketing Director where required.
- Prepare and test content approaches for (re)launching ZISHI onto additional platforms.
- Work with the Multimedia Designer to develop visual assets, creating or adapting simple assets in Canva and tools such as Veed when required.
Website & Email
- In line with agreed plans, update and maintain content on the WordPress site, including landing pages, campaign pages and evergreen content, optimising for SEO and AI citations.
- Build and schedule email campaigns and journeys in Pardot when required, following agreed templates and parameters.
- Pull and organise performance data from GA4, WordPress analytics, LinkedIn and other platform insights.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement and lead volume, highlighting trends and supporting the team with ideas for improvement.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and accuracy, ensuring content is properly reviewed and coordinating sign-off with the Marketing Director.
- Incorporate feedback on lead quality and ICP fit into content and campaign improvements, working with the Marketing Director.
- Proactively explore and trial new tools, platforms and technologies that could improve content workflows, campaign execution and reporting, sharing recommendations with the marketing team.
- Use performance data to identify patterns and insights, discussing findings with the Marketing Director and applying agreed learning to improve content effectiveness, campaign performance and channel execution.
Experience
- Strong track record in B2B marketing, typically with 3+ years' experience in content and digital channels.
- Proven experience to help plan and deliver multi-channel content campaigns with responsibility for day-to-day execution.
- Demonstrable experience managing LinkedIn for B2B brands, including organic and paid activity.
- Experience creating and editing long-form thought leadership and short-form content, ideally with complex or technical subject matter.
Technical Skills
- WordPress.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools, with a willingness to deepen expertise on the job.
- GA4 and platform analytics for reporting and optimisation.
- Experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and familiarity with basic PPC concepts such as audience targeting, CPL and CTR.
- Canva and similar tools for simple visual assets.
- Project management tools such as to manage workflow, deadlines and approvals.
- Working knowledge of SEO and understanding of AI citations (AEO).
- Desirable: ability to make minor edits in Adobe InDesign and After Effects projects on occasion.

- Experience in B2B financial services, capital markets, trading, risk or related sectors is a strong advantage.
- Natural brand champion, quickly gaining a clear understanding of ZISHI's positioning and the judgement to apply it consistently in content and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong feel for brand consistency across tone, messaging and visual execution, even when working at pace.
- High bar for quality and detail in writing and proofing, with strong command of English.
- Self-starter who takes ownership, makes recommendations and moves work forward.
- Commercially aware, interested in how content and campaigns translate into pipeline, revenue and client outcomes.
- Able to work confidently with internal colleagues and external partners.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting performance data and turning insight into practical improvements across content and campaigns.
