Your role

North Oxford Garage is looking for a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Weekend Showroom Host. This is a flexible, front-of-house role ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and delivering a high standard of customer service.

As a Showroom Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a warm and professional welcome to our dealership. You'll ensure the showroom is presentable, assist with general customer queries, and provide support to the sales and service teams as needed.

• Saturday:08:30 - 17:00
• Sunday:11:00 - 16:00
• This is a zero-hours role with flexible scheduling to suit your availability on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Offer refreshments and direct customers to the appropriate departments
• Keep the showroom tidy and well-presented
• Support the sales and service teams with light administrative tasks
• Handle basic enquiries or direct them to the appropriate colleague

• Reliability and punctuality
• Previous front-of-house, hospitality, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
