Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Immerse customers in memorable face to face store experiences, developing personal connections to build trust and loyalty.
- Act as a personal shopper, identifying and understanding customer needs and inspiring them with luxury and style.
- Deliver individual consultations, demonstrating empathy and tailored recommendations.
- Proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a world class customer service experience.
- Maintain and achieve individual sales targets and support team performance.
- Attend ongoing team trainings, including product launches and application techniques.
- Participate in regular training with Area Manager, Education Mentor and peers, including induction modules and in person training at the head office.
