Job Introduction12x Youth Workers - Adolescent PathwayDepartment: Early Help & TransformationService: Targeted Youth Support (Breaking the Cycle)About the RoleWe are seeking passionate Youth Workers to join Breaking the Cycle as part of Targeted Youth Support Services.These roles will sit within the Youth Service Adolescent Pathway, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, youth-work-led interventions to young people at risk of entering care.As a Youth Worker, you will work directly with young people and their families, providing intensive, relationship-based support that helps stabilise situations, reduce risk, and keep young people safely connected to their families, schools, and communities.Why This Role MattersBreaking the Cycle is well known for its innovative responses and work with children and young people who need help and support.
