Youth Worker: Trauma-Informed, Family-Centered Support

Bradford Children and Families Trust is looking for Youth Workers to join Breaking the Cycle, delivering relationship-based, trauma-informed support to young people at risk of entering care. You will work with families and a multi-agency team to provide preventative interventions and build stability in homes, schools and communities.

The role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work, safeguarding excellence, and a commitment to positive outcomes for young people and families.
