ResponsibilitiesSupport and guide young people aged 16+ in their personal, social, and educational development on our Springboard provision, organising educational programmes and recreational activities such as sports, arts and drama. Assess their health, social and emotional needs, plan and manage community and social events, and help young people understand values and ideas to build confidence and life skills, ensuring a smooth transition into adulthood.
Qualifications and ExperienceAn enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individual with previous relevant experience and a thorough knowledge of creating and maintaining healthy relationships with young people based on trust and respect, ensuring a safe environment for their development.
