Youth Worker: Detached Support & Education Pathways

Cheshire East Council is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to join our Targeted Youth Work Team, supporting young people aged 13-19 (up to 25 for SEND and Care Leavers) as they transition into adulthood.

You will deliver alternative education programmes, provide intensive one-to-one and group support, and undertake detached youth work in communities to improve engagement, wellbeing and progression into education or suitable alternatives.
