Youth Worker - Youth Voice, Co-Design & Impact

Young Devon is recruiting a Youth Worker to support participation and youth voice across our services and projects in Exeter. You will build relationships with young people, foster inclusive spaces and help shape services through co-design and feedback.

This is a permanent, part-time role (3 days per week, 20.6 hours) based in Exeter, with a pro rata salary of £26,414 per annum. Closing date 12 August 2026; we encourage applicants with lived experience and transferable skills.
