We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic Youth Worker to join our dedicated team.

As a Youth Worker, you will:

• Support children and young people with their emotional, social and behavioural development.
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and life skills.
• Provide individual and group support based on each young person's needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and help pupils develop appropriate coping strategies.
• Support pupils who may experience anxiety, emotional dysregulation or challenging behaviour.
• Take part in activities that promote communication, social skills, confidence and wellbeing.
• Follow individual support plans and contribute to pupils' wider development.

• Can remain calm and professional when faced with challenging situations.
• Understands that every young person is an individual and may need a different approach.
• Is able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
