Youth Volunteer Lead - Conservation & Youth Engagement

Chester Zoo in Chester is seeking a Youth Volunteering Officer to join the Conservation Education & Engagement Directorate. You will recruit, train and mentor young volunteers aged 14-25, delivering meaningful opportunities that connect them with conservation and social action.

With guidance from the Volunteer Manager, you will develop inclusive participation, manage day-to-day communications, coordinate youth-led projects, and help track engagement and outcomes across our conservation programme.
