Youth Support & Independent Living Coach

Horizon Care and Education in Coventry is seeking a Youth Support Worker to help young people transition to independent living. You will provide emotional and practical support, help develop support plans, and liaise with professionals.

The role includes safeguarding, flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, and liaising with education and housing partners to support independence.
