Youth Support & Independent Living Advocate (On-Call)

Horizon Care Ltd in Swindon is recruiting a Youth Support Worker to help young people transition to independent living. This full-time role involves 40 hours per week with on-call duties and a focus on safeguarding and independent living skills.

You will support emotional and practical needs, develop safeguarding plans, and liaise with education and housing professionals to help young people access opportunities and achieve stable outcomes.
