Youth Residential Support Worker - Semi-Independent Living

Keys Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our team in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. You will support young people aged 16-18 in a semi-independent living setting, helping them develop life skills and prepare for independence.

The role requires a valid UK driving license, is part-time (25 hours per week), and offers competitive pay of £13.45-£14.05 per hour. You will work closely with staff, families and external professionals to safeguard and support the young people in your care.
