Youth Residential Support Worker - Empower Futures

Action for Children is seeking a Residential Support Worker at Sycamore House in Shrewsbury to support day-to-day care for children and young people aged 5-18 with physical and learning disabilities. You will help with personal care, promote independence, transport to school and activities, and build positive relationships in a nurturing, safe home environment.

Experience in residential care is preferred; training and development are provided.
