Youth Residential Care Manager - Trauma Informed (Dublin)

CPL Group is seeking a Social Care Manager in Dublin to join a new Tusla service delivering trauma-informed care for youths aged 13-17. The role focuses on creating a safe, therapeutic environment and developing positive attachments through relationship building.

The manager will oversee centre management, financial oversight, staff supervision, health and safety, and ensure compliance with HIQA standards and Tusla protocols.
